Overview
An internal web application developed during my internship at MAS Bodyline for submitting and managing digital improvement projects, with approvals at several levels of the organisation.
Problem statement
Digital improvement projects need sign-off from several stakeholders. The application aims to improve project visibility and streamline that approval process.
Objectives
- Give teams one place to submit digital improvement projects.
- Route each project through Line Manager, Finance, Digital Team and ExCo approval.
- Make project status visible through tracking dashboards.
